Farrier’s Magic Website Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Use (“Terms”) and should be read alongside our main Terms: https://www.farriersmagic.com/terms-of-use/. PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW OUR SHIPPING POLICY WHEN PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS. THIS POLICY WILL APPLY TO ANY ORDER YOU PLACE WITH US.

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. To receive your tracking information, please email us at farriersmagic@republicmills.com. 

We use various third-party suppliers to ship your products, such as UPS and USPS.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the transit time with local pickup at Okolona, OH 43545. After placing your order and writing “PICKUP” in the Additional Information section at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 7:00AM to 4:00PM EST on Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders only ship on business days: Monday through Friday.

To ensure same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 7:00AM EST.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

CHECKING ORDER STATUS

If you haven’t received your order within a few weeks after placing your order, please contact us at farriersmagic@republicmills.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
